Dale Riley - Owner, Fresh Seasons Market

A native of the Twin Cities, Dale began his grocery career at age 16, as a bag boy at National Tea in Edina.  Upon graduating from the University of Minnesota, he joined Byerly’s where over the course of the next 20 years he rose from General Manager to President and Chief Operating Officer.  Dale has also worked as Chief Operating Officer at Kowalski’s Markets as well as Vice President and General Manager of Rainbow Foods. 

Dale focuses on a positive in-store experience for both his employees and the customers who shop Fresh Seasons Market.  He is often found roaming the stores or at the checkouts bagging groceries.  Dale says this is how he gets to know your name and he can find out how you enjoyed your shopping experience and what he can do to make it better.  Dale wants to get to know the neighbors.
